Land Varied International was formed in January 2009 as limited liability company between Luis Landivar and other investors, with Luis Landivar as the Chief Operating Officer. The company is located in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Long Island City.

Land Varied International LLC is committed to producing independent and artistic productions with mass commercial appeal for world wide distribution.

Founder

Luis Landivar is an independent actor, producer, writer and director. His credits include HBO - "The Eddie Matos Story," Foreign Language Film - "Volvere," Community Play - "The American Dream" and the award winning - "Stray Cat in Brooklyn." As a William Esper alumnus, Mr. Landivar believes in truth of acting and respects artistic expression and emotion. "We look at the tension between art and commerce as an opportunity to fill a void in the marketplace. The 21st Century will see an explosion of creativity around the world and the visual medium will rival the masterpieces of the Italian Renaissance."
